World Golf Championship events rank just a notch below major championships, but well above regular PGA Tour events, in field strength – which will definitely be the case starting Thursday at the 2021 WGC-Workday Championship. The event, which was moved from Mexico City to The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla., this year due to COVID-19 travel complications, will see a world-class field try to tame the 7,474-yard, par-72 Jack Nicklaus/Tony Jacklin-designed layout. A winner of six WGC events, Dustin Johnson is among the players to watch along with Rory McIlroy, defending champion Patrick Reed and four-time major champion Brooks Koepka.
